If you feel like you’re always trying to squeeze in your dental hygiene session when you have a spare moment, it may feel like a burden. Instead, carve time out every day, twice a day, that is dedicated solely to your brushing and flossing. As a result, you will not feel frantic. Instead, you can relax, care for your smile, and then get back to your day!

Tip: Make It Fun

This doesn’t have to be a laborious, boring experience if you don’t want it to be. Remember, you’ve already blocked out a few minutes twice daily to brush and floss. Why not add your favorite music into this session or watch a YouTube video in the background? Just remember to focus on your smile!
